The DKW racing motorcycle was produced in such a small quantity and only for a very exclusive circle of drivers. At the same time many of them were lost during racing before and after the second world war. For these reasons only a few of them survived until today.
The DKW which is being presented here is highly exclusive. It is the only existing model of exactly this kind in the world, an absolute unique motorcycle. This DKW SS250 (UL) was produced at the beginning of 1937 and was also raced by Walfried Winkler.
During the restoration of this unique racing bike no compromises were made regarding the originality, material and quality of work. It has taken several years and thousands of work hours to bring this special bike to an unbelievable condition.
